Businesses are tied into contracts for utilities supply for up to three years, even if you are unaware of this. When you reach the end of your contract your utility supplier has the right to roll you into a further two year contract at price of their choosing. By doing nothing your bills could treble. All contracts have a specified notice period, if you did not give notice "in time" in "the right form of words" you may be tied into continuing service with the same supplier but at a price of their choosing, never in your best interest!
So, what's the catch? You have to do something! Send us your bills as we can do nothing to help you without these. You will be in a contract with your current supplier, that may mean you have to wait to reduce your costs, but the great news is that once in our system, we can let you know your renewal date and move you to the best supplier for you at that time.

Simply print and complete our letter of authority and fax it with your bills and we will do the rest. Simple! You can scan it and send it to us, fax it, or post it to us; we can then get to work on your behalf.
This letter enables us to obtain the necessary information from your current provider in order to analyse your bill(s). Please copy this onto you headed paper, sign and fax it back to us on 0845 450 0079.
