With a copy of your latest bills and a valid letter of authority from you we can find out the exact details of your current contracts for you.

Under the data protection act we need a letter of authority from you to allow us to access your information from your current suppliers. The letter of authority does not allow us to make any decision on your behalf, or to commit you to any contract, without your written agreement.

What does connect4business do with my company details?read more

We are registered with the data protection agency. Your business details are stored securely in our in-house database system and under no circumstances will not be given to any third party. All company information is kept confidential at all times.

What about VAT and Climate Change Levy (CCL)?read more

Registered charities, nursing homes and churches don't have to pay CCL (climate change levy) and are also entitled to reduced VAT. If this applies to you we will make sure you only pay what you need to. We can help you back date your claim if you have been overpaying!

Do I have to sign a contract to use your services?read more

No. We do not ask you to sign a contract with us and you are under no obligation to take any of the prices we offer you.

Can we go Green?read more

Yes you can. A number of suppliers now offer the option of contracts ranging from 10% to 100% Green Energy. Let us help you find the right supplier for you.

How do I cancel my contract and switch supplier?read more

To change supplier you/we must send them a notice of cancellation before the end of your existing contract. Cancellation periods range from 45 days to 180days! Please check your existing suppliers Terms & Conditions. You may be surprised.

Will I be without power if you cancel my contract?read more

No. You will never be without supply.

Can my current supplier stop me from changing?read more

Your current supplier can only oppose a switch of supplier if your contract has not been cancelled in time (notice given) or you have an outstanding debt. Depending on your new supplier, switching can take from as little as 10 days to up to 6 weeks to complete.
